This applies to the return of goods because they are received as faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or because of unsuitable substitution by us only. All shortages or damage's must be reported within two days of receiving the item(s).
Steps to Follow:
E-mail us at sales@cheapbargaintools.com & provide us with the invoice number and details of the item(s) to be returned & reasons. We will then arrange for collection of the item by our carrier.
Return the item in its original condition, including packaging and obtain proof of return from the carrier.
We will then despatch a replacement or process a refund once your return has been received.
If you need to return goods for any other reason than the above stated, it is your responsibility and cost to return the goods to us. Before returning goods back to us then we must be advised in advance.
For goods that are potential warranty claims please ensure that you email sales@cheapbargaintools.com with the item & invoice details. You will then need to return the items back to us. All warranty claims are sent back to our manufacturers who will arrange an inspection & report. If the item is proven to be failure due to a genuine manufacturing fault then a replacement/repair or a full refund will be offered as well as a refund of the cost of postage back to us.
Your statutory rights are not affected by the above. |
